On December 24th, ICONE’s Marketing and Creative Expert, Mr. Ouk Tola, conducted a workshop on “The Power of Customer Personas” for members of the Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (CWEA).
The workshop aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to understand their ideal customers on a deeper level. Through interactive discussions and hands-on exercises, participants learned how to:
- Define customer personas: Beyond demographics, participants explored key elements such as psychographics, behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Leverage personas for business growth: Participants learned how to use customer personas to inform their marketing and sales strategies, develop targeted campaigns, and improve customer experience.
“Understanding your ideal customer is crucial for any business,” stated Mr. Ouk Tola. “By creating detailed customer personas, businesses can tailor their products, services, and marketing efforts to better resonate with their target audience, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and business growth.”
The workshop was well-received by the participants, who expressed enthusiasm for the practical insights and actionable takeaways.
This workshop is a testament to ICONE’s commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs in Cambodia. By providing access to valuable knowledge and skills, we aim to contribute to the growth and success of women-led businesses in the country.
